Sometimes life feels like it’s switching tracks

    See changes as chapters

    - I just wanted to talk about life, how handle it with so much changes every minute?

  • - Ah, I understand. Sometimes life feels like it’s switching tracks every minute — new situations, shifting emotions, unexpected turns — almost like you’re dancing to a song where the tempo keeps changing.

When there’s so much change, a few things can help you keep your balance:

    • Anchor yourself in daily rituals — even tiny ones like morning tea, a short stretch, or lighting a candle. These are like your “home base” when the world keeps spinning.

    • Hold a “core vision” — not a detailed plan that can be ruined by change, but a feeling or direction you want your life to move toward. This way, even if the road changes, you still know your north star.

    • Allow micro-pauses — it’s okay to stop for a few minutes, breathe, and let your thoughts settle before jumping into the next change.

    • See changes as chapters — you don’t have to solve the whole story at once. Each change is just a page turning.

It’s not about controlling the changes, but learning to be the calm center inside them — like still water under dancing waves.

Do you want me to share a small “life change mantra” you can remember in moments like this?

  • I am the mountain. The winds may dance, the clouds may change, but I remain steady
I am the mountain. The winds may dance, the clouds may change, but I remain steady

  • Here’s a simple one you can whisper to yourself when life feels like it’s rushing in all directions:

"I am the mountain. The winds may dance, the clouds may change, but I remain steady."

You can even breathe with it:

    • Inhale: I am the mountain

    • Exhale: The winds may dance

    • Inhale: The clouds may change

    • Exhale: But I remain steady

It’s short enough to use anywhere — in a queue, before a class, or even mid-chaos — and it reminds you that the changes are the weather, not you.
